PACK RULES OF OUR RETURNING POLICY

If you want to return your products, we’re sorry the products do not fit your needs!

Hopefully you’ll find a good alternative on our webshop! otherwise you'll get back your money within 14 days after we have received the product back from you and accepted it.

As you can find in our Terms & Conditions, if you return on the basis of the Distance Selling Act all products must be returned in the original condition ( and if reasonably possible including the original packaging ). If you do not comply with this, we reserve the right to refuse the return.

Returning products is at your own expense and risk. Especially with more expensive products, it is strongly recommended to send the package by registered mail with a track & trace code.

Return costs are deducted from the reimbursement. When products have to be exchanged, PACK OF WOLVES CLOTHING takes care of the costs.
